No laundry in unit but laundry is available on site. New windows. You can have a small dog 40 lbs. and under, no restricted breeds with a non-refundable fee of $350.00 per pet, max 2 and additional $25.00 pet rent. NO cats. You will be responsible for utilities and renters' insurance. We cover water and trash.
